Directions: Apply generous amount on damp toothbrush bristles. There are no foaming agents so toothpaste may dissolve a little while brushing, this is totally normal. Brush thoroughly for two minutes. Clean off toothbrush bristles and rinse mouth. Then brush tongue with clean bristles and don’t forget to floss.
