Application:
1. Be careful to ONLY apply eye cream on the orbital bone of the eye. Applying eye cream onto your eye lids or near lash line will cause your mascara to smudge.
2. Use a small applicator brush (e.g. tapered angle brush) to delicately brush a small amount under your eye at the base of your bottom lashes. To build your lashes, dust a thin layer between mascara layer applications.
